Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm an RYT-200 (soon to be RYT-500). I teach yin, kundalini, hatha, restorative and meditation. I first started yoga after a horseback riding incident left me with a back injury. It helped me go from not being able to reach down to put on my own shoes to being able to do camel pose! Now I practice yoga regularly to manage chronic pain and to help me stay calm, focused and centered. Yoga has changed my life for the better and I became a teacher so that I can introduce others to this beautiful practice!
