More about Shahaf Pilates

My name is Shahaf Nadler and I'm a Pilates instructor operating in Tel Aviv and worldwide via Zoom. I graduated from Osteopathy studies and am currently in my fifth year of clinical expertise. I also graduated from the Tel Aviv University sports campus, as a Pilates instructor, specializing in both mat and equipment Pilates, as well as in rehabilitative Pilates. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with over 500 students, some of whom were trained by me and were then qualified as Pilates instructors themselves. I am also a qualified TRX instructor. During high school I completed 5 points with distinction in dance and movement I first discovered Pilates in 2012 and immersed myself into the world of healing movement, of the amazing human body and into concept that everything is possible. This was a world that I immediately fell in love with. It took me only two years to decide to dive right in! Over the years, I have focused on rehabilitation work with the elderly, on sports injuries and on pelvic floor therapy. My final academic paper dealt in depth with the pelvic floor in pre-menopausal women. I believe that no matter who you are, movement can and will improve and heal your life. Movement IS life and life IS an endless motion. My life is ever moving and ever changing, just as I am.
